• 8+ yrs of Hands on with Functional and API testing with good understanding of Testing Life Cycle.
• Well versed in Requirement gathering, test design , execution, test management , team leading activities
• Should be experienced in doing estimations, project planning, resourcing , test strategy preparation , test summary reports, status reports
• Worked in Test management tools like Jira/ALM , and API testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI
• Hands on experience in participating /drafting RFP /bid responses, with good analytical and MS PowerPoint skills
• Should have led a team of minimum 5- 10 members in the past from end to end test delivery perspective
• Knowhow of automation with Selenium/BDD frameworks .
• Should be able to guide team on automation initiatives. Banking and Insurance domain knowledge
