.Position: Injection Molding SupervisorDepartment: Injection Molding & ExtrusionMin Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Plastic Technology, CIPET.Min Experience: 03 - 05 YearsIndustries Preferred: Medical Device / Bio-Tech / Other Plastic Industry.Salary: 20,000/- to 25,000/-Location: KhedaResponsibilities\xc3\x98 The Injection Molding Supervisor is responsible for directing a small team of molding operators in the areas of production, scheduling, safety, maintenance and quality.\xc3\x98 Having a knowledge of Extrusion Machine\xc3\x98 Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output.\xc3\x98 Lead a small team of people in execution of daily production tasks, work scheduling, training, maintenance and in continuous improvement.\xc3\x98 Perform problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement.\xc3\x98 Coordinate tooling and equipment availability, repair and maintenance.\xc3\x98 Ensure cleanliness and maintains safe work environment within molding department.\xc3\x98 Respond to problems by performing corrective technical or mechanical solutions.\xc3\x98 Maintain positive employee relations and adhere to Company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices.\xc3\x98 Coordinate with outside vendors regarding maintenance and repair for tooling and equipment.\xc3\x98 Implement and manage all maintenance functions, including but not limited to preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance on all injection molding equipment.\xc3\x98 Manage 30-40 workers independently.Job Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: 920,000.00 - 925,000.00 per monthBenefits:
