1) Excellent Planning, execution, monitoring and resource utilization, attention to details and ability to build and lead effectively and motivate team to achieve targets given by management.
2) Effective use of Core tool like 7QC Tools, PPAP, SPC, and Control Plan &.
3) Effective implementation of Best Process enhancement Practice
4) Analyzing in-house & customer end quality performance, taking Corrective & Preventive actions and Monitoring of effective Implementation of actions.
5) Experience of Customer complaints analysis, countermeasure implementation & effectiveness assessment.
6) Manage the IATF, OHSAS, EMS, INTERNAL AUDIT, Supplier Audit, PPAP document, which is involved in the overall quality norms.
7) Customer satisfaction by reducing defects, rejection& PPM at their end as well as plant end through Continuous improvement.
