Job Role: CIPET Moulding Specialist in Pharma Company

Experience: 5 to 6 Years

Salary Package: ?35,000 to ?40,000 per month

We are seeking a skilled and experienced CIPET Moulding Specialist to join our pharmaceutical manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in polymer engineering and extensive hands-on experience in injection moulding processes, particularly in the production of pharmaceutical packaging and components. As a CIPET Moulding Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire moulding process, ensuring the production of high-quality plastic products used in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mould Setup and Maintenance:
• Setting up and maintaining injection moulding machines for pharmaceutical-grade products.
• Ensuring proper mould alignment and operation, adhering to industry standards.
• Process Optimization:
• Monitoring and adjusting moulding parameters to ensure optimal product quality and efficiency.
• Implementing process improvements to reduce cycle times and scrap rates while maintaining compliance with pharmaceutical regulations.
• Quality Control:
• Conducting regular inspections of moulded products to ensure they meet stringent pharmaceutical quality standards.
• Identifying and troubleshooting defects and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintaining accurate records of moulding parameters, production output, and quality control data.
• Preparing reports on production performance and quality metrics, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Team Collaboration:
• Working closely with the production team to ensure smooth operations and compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Providing technical support and training to junior team members.
• Health and Safety:
• Adhering to all safety protocols and ensuring a safe working environment.
• Conducting regular safety inspections and addressing any potential hazards, ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical safety standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Diploma or Degree in Polymer Engineering, Plastics Technology, or a related field from CIPET or a recognized institution.
• 5 to 6 years of hands-on experience in injection moulding processes, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of moulding machines, tools, and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and standards (e.g., GMP, ISO).
