Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Setup and Operation:

- Prepare and set up moulding machines for production runs.

- Adjust machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed) to achieve desired product specifications.

- Load raw materials into the machine hoppers.

2.Quality Control:

- Monitor the moulding process and product quality.

- Inspect finished products for defects and adherence to specifications.

- Make adjustments to the machines to correct issues and improve quality.

3.Maintenance and Troubleshooting:

- Perform routine maintenance on moulding machines.

- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or processing issues.

- Keep machines clean and lubricated to ensure optimal performance.

4.Documentation and Reporting:

- Record production data and machine performance.

- Maintain logs of machine maintenance and repairs.

- Report any significant problems or deviations from standard operations to supervisors.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Experience in operating moulding machines (experience may vary based on specific job requirements).

- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents.

- Basic math skills for measuring and adjusting machine settings.

Skills:

- Attention to detail and precision in work.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.

- Basic computer skills for data entry and machine interface operation.

Work Environment:

- Typically works in a manufacturing or production facility.

- May require standing for extended periods.

- Exposure to noise, heat

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
