Job Summary:

The Injection Moulding Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining injection moulding machines to produce plastic parts according to specified standards. This role involves setting up the machine, performing regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the quality of the produced parts.

Key Responsibilities:

Machine Setup and Operation:

• Set up injection moulding machines according to the production schedule and specifications.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve the desired product quality and output.
• Load raw materials and monitor the machine during the production process.

Quality Control:

• Conduct regular inspections of produced parts to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Perform tests and measurements using appropriate tools and equipment.
• Document and report any defects or inconsistencies in the production process.

Production Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of production runs, machine settings, and material usage.
• Complete production reports and logs as required by the company.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school & CIPET diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience operating injection moulding machines is preferred.
• Strong understanding of injection moulding processes and materials.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?31,620.07 per month
