Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Injection Molding Machine Setter and Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining injection molding machines to produce high-quality plastic parts. This role requires a keen eye for detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and calibrate injection molding machines according to specifications.
• Operate machines to produce parts while ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor the production process, adjust machine settings as needed, and troubleshoot issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on machines.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of production, maintenance, and quality control.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and improve processes.
