Injection Molding Machine Operator
Job Description
1. Mold setting trials to start the production and skilled in choosing right process parameters like pressure, speed, temperature etc.,
2. Loading and unloading of molds from the machine as well as storage racks to produce the part according to production schedule and to achieve fast/efficient mold changes
3. Clean and load new material; set drying parameters on hopper/dryers.
4. Monitor the process to run consistent quality parts as per the process parameters and production standard
5. Understand the requirements of safe operating /setting the injection molding machine.
6. Good knowledge of plastic injection molding machines and related auxiliary equipment such as robots, dryers, mold heaters, oil heaters, chillers, and any other support equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
