The operator will be responsible for loading raw materials into the machine, adjusting machine settings, and monitoring the production process to ensure quality and efficiency. They will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise during production and performing routine maintenance on the machines to keep them in good working order. The Rubber Molding Machine Operator plays a crucial role in the production of rubber products and must have a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
