Job Description

Develop and implement production schedules, coordinate with other department such as Store for materials management and quality control.

• Lead and supervise a team, provide training to enhance their skills and performance.
• Equipment maintenance of the machines
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed and provide training to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work under pressures and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of PLC Programming,
• Able to change mold itself,
• Can prepare production reports and complete target within the given time period.
• Good communication skills.

SHIFT TIMING - 12 HOURS in a day

Pay: From ?27,000.00 per month
