We are seeking a proactive and organized In-House Sales / Sales Coordinator with 1-3 years of experience to support our sales team and streamline internal sales processes. The ideal candidate will handle customer interactions, manage sales documentation, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure seamless sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing prompt and accurate information.
• Coordinate with the sales team to manage orders, track delivery schedules, and update customer records.
• Maintain and manage sales-related documentation, including quotations, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Follow up with customers on pending orders, payments, and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics and accounts, to ensure timely delivery and payment reconciliation.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team for stock updates.
• Generate sales reports and analyze data to assist the sales team in achieving targets.
• Provide administrative support to the sales team and ensure all customer interactions are documented.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1-3 years of experience in in-house sales or as a sales coordinator.
• Experience in managing sales documentation and customer interactions.
Skills & Competencies:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Pay: ?13,622.36 - ?18,000.00 per month
