Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement : Reach out to brokers and clients to showcase investment opportunities in financial products such as Private Equity, PMS (Portfolio Management Services), Mutual Funds, Alternate Investment Funds (AIF), Insurance, and Real Estatate
Channel Partner Empanelment : Build a network of channel partners for the distribution of financial products.
Relationship Building : Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing and old customers to ensure continued business growth.
Requirements and Skills
- Freshers or experienced candidates are welcome.
- Commerce background preferred for quick learning.
- High School or Graduate degree required. Preference for postgraduates or MBA with experience.
Skills & Traits:
- Strong desire to learn about domestic and international investment opportunities.
- Excellent communication skills are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) will be advantageous.
- Ability to stay calm and composed, especially when handling rejections.
- Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to resolve customer issues or complaints.
- Cool-tempered, with resilience in a sales-driven environment.
Age Bracket : 19-36 years.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Hike : Competitive hike on the current salary based on experience and performance.
- Profit Sharing : Up to 50% profit sharing, depending on targets and company policies.
- ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan ): Eligible after 3 years of successful service, subject to management discretion.
