Job Description

We are a leading manufacturer and supplier of construction chemicals and waterproofing solutions, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Inhouse Sales Executive to join our dynamic team in Ahmedabad.

Key Responsibilities :

• Sales and Business Development :
• Handle inbound inquiries and convert them into sales.
• Proactively contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the construction and waterproofing chemical industry.
• Customer Support :
• Provide technical information and support to customers regarding our products and their applications.
• Address customer queries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the technical team to provide customers with accurate product specifications and recommendations.
• Sales Administration :
• Prepare and follow up on sales quotations made for clients.
• Ensure the sales pipeline is updated with accurate information and progress.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using CRM software.
• Market Research and Analysis :
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive landscape.
• Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
• Monitor market conditions and provide regular reports to the management team.
• Collaboration and Teamwork :
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Collaborate with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
• Participate in sales meetings and training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
