We are urgently hiring for a client for government project:Location - Connaught PlaceRequired Qualification- B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MSc IT or equivalent.Certification- Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCNP, MCSE) are highly desirable.Job Responsibilities:1. Infrastructure Design and Planning:

• Lead the design and architecture of robust and scalable IT infrastructure solutions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements and align infrastructure strategies accordingly.

• Develop comprehensive infrastructure plans and roadmaps for the organization\'s evolving needs.

2. Implementation and Maintenance:

• Oversee the implementation and deployment of advanced infrastructure solutions.

• Manage and maintain server environments, storage systems, networking components, and related technologies.

• Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with security and performance standards.

3. Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:

• Provide expert-level support for complex infrastructure issues and incidents.

• Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement preventive measures.

• Collaborate with support teams to develop and implement effective solutions.

4. Security and Compliance:

• Implement and enforce security best practices across all infrastructure components.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, proactively addressing potential vulnerabilities.

• Conduct regular security assessments and implement necessary measures to mitigate risks.

5. Capacity Planning and Performance Optimization:

• Conduct capacity planning to ensure adequate resources for current and future needs.

• Optimize system performance through continuous monitoring and fine-tuning of infrastructure components.

• Propose and implement enhancements to improve overall system efficiency.

6. Vendor Management:

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

• Evaluate and recommend new technologies, products, and services to enhance the IT infrastructure.

• Negotiate and oversee contracts to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with organizational goals.
