We are seeking a seasoned professional for the position of Liaison (Infrastructure Resources) with a strong background in handling residential projects. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing regulatory and approval processes with relevant authorities and demonstrate a proven ability to navigate complex compliance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage liaison activities for residential infrastructure projects across designated regions.
- Build and maintain relationships with key government authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure seamless approvals and compliance.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to all applicable local, state, and national regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to meet project timelines and requirements effectively.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in liaison work, with a focus on residential projects.
- Thorough understanding and proven expertise in engaging with regulatory authorities in relevant regions.
- Delhi/Noida: Hands-on experience dealing with authorities like MDMC, MCD, RERA, and Delhi RERA.
- Uttar Pradesh/Noida: Strong track record of working with Noida and Lucknow authorities.
