Designation : Senior Lead/Consultant
:
Proven experience in technology service management.
Proven experience in effective of relationship management with senior stakeholders across the business
Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure services, including Microsoft and collaboration solutions, and end user work place technologies.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Strong project management and co-ordination skills.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements pertaining to IT infrastructure services and applications.
Experience(in Years) : 5 to 10 years
