  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate storage solutions with various systems and applications
  • Deliver technical support and guidance to address and resolve storage-related issues
  • Provides day to day support of the storage infrastructure including storage provisioning, storage reclamation, and zoning activities
  • Manage ticket queue and provide storage services to address customerxe2x80x99s needs
  • Review performance health of servers, storage arrays, and SAN switches
  • Participate in Storage array and SAN switch PLM activities
  • Analyze and remediate security vulnerabilities
  • Maintain detailed documentation of storage configurations, processes, and procedures
  • Participate in an on-call rotation
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a large complex computing environment
  • 1+ years of experience with Brocade DCX SAN Directors and toolsets
  • 1+ years of experience managing one of the following storage technologies: HPE Storage, Infinidat storage, and Pure storage
  • Experience with managing a Fiber channel and iSCSI SAN
  • Solid knowledge of storage operational activities (zoning, masking, and mapping)
  • Good knowledge of VMware, Windows, and Unix
  • Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
