We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Leading infrastructure team and manage all operations related to IT infrastructure and service delivery within the scope of service line.
• As a decision-maker, you will decide what technologies will be adopted to meet future business needs, prioritize project, assemble project team, assign resource allocation, select vendor, recommend future state solutions etc.
• Working with the IT Service Management leadership, IT service owners, Head of Infrastructure, process owners and various service delivery groups to develop technical solutions that satisfy the business needs of the Technology organization.
• Review progress, manages resources, and ensures overall quality of completed Infrastructure delivery.
• Manage demand from users on Infrastructure and supervise the delivery.
• Strong technical knowledge, provide technical leadership, create, and manage infrastructure plan and standards according to IT strategic plan and roadmap.
• Manage change initiatives properly and in a systematically manner to ensure availability, performance and reliability of the systems impacted by change.
• Organize, supervise, and develop team for BAU support and Infrastructure team.
• Communicate to Head of infrastructure with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays,
• Mutualize resources, reduce TCO, centralize services, study opportunity for cloud.
• Serves as liaison between team members and functional area management requesting work.
• Develop infrastructure plan and capacity planning to meet business growth.
• Manage infrastructure projects and resources effectively.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Solid experience in leading experienced engineers to deliver of complex deployment projects and supporting infrastructure under diversified or matrix structure.
• Experience in Large-scale enterprise infrastructure system deployment and integration.
• Strong experience in Red Hat Linux 6/7/8 administration and VMware virtualization products.
• Familiar in VCS setup, configuration and other cluster solutions
• Practical skill knowledges in range of SAN/NAS storages and Backup solutions e.g. NetBackup
• Knowledge in shell scripting and automation products, Ansible, GIT & Jenkins pipeline
• IT Infrastructure architecture and capability planning
• LINUX/Database/Middleware: Server Patching, Certificates renewals
• Sound in Database and Middleware products: WAS, IHS, Java, MQ
• Cloud services (IKP, External Cloud Providers)
• Relationship between application design, data, and infrastructure environment.
• Business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Familiarity with DevOps /Agile mode of project execution
• People management, Performance management, Vendor management
