HIH - Infrastructure Engineering Senior Manager - Enterprise Database Senior ManagerPosition Overview:
Enterprise Database Services is looking for a Senior Manager to partner and help drive the vision of providing a best in industry array of database platform offerings that align with Cignas business needs across the enterprise and provide them in a secure and automated way. Thisrole will lead a team of Enterprise DBAs responsible for our database platforms (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 LUW, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MongoDB Atlas, DB2 LUW, DB2 z/OS, etc). TheSenior Manager is responsible for developing vision and strategy, focused on evolving andimproving quality, reliability, and value of the database products. The successful candidate is
highly adaptable, and customer focused with a technical background and deep subject matterexpertise. The Senior Manager is responsible for building high performing teams, leadingtransformational change, ensuring operational excellence, and driving to decisions.Responsibilities:

• Create and maintain a high performing team thru coaching and mentorship
• Lead transformation change initiatives, prioritize work, and deliver measurable value
• Maintain a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
• Drive continuous improvement efforts through automation and process improvement
• Work with infrastructure, architecture, development and engineering

• Ability to stay very organized while managing multiple tasks and activities

• Bachelors degree in relevant field required
• 13 - 16 years of relevant work experience
• Takes initiative and is a self-starter
• Ability to build trusted, productive partnerships between technology, business leaders andexternal partners
• Exemplary Written and Verbal Communications
