We are seeking a skilled and motivated Infrastructure and Technical Support Specialist 1-2 years of experience to join our team. The candidate will possess strong experience in managing Windows and Linux servers, application monitoring, and providing technical support within the organization like Windows & application installations, and can fix laptop and network issues. The candidate should also be willing to work in night shifts as part of our support team.



Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Windows and Linux server infrastructure, including installation, configuration, and ongoing administration.
• Monitor server performance, conduct regular system checks, and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Implement and maintain application-monitoring tools to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Provide technical support to end-users remotely and on-site for Windows installations, laptop issues, and network problems.
• Assist with network configuration and troubleshooting, including routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
• Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery capabilities.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices to enhance infrastructure efficiency and security.
• Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and be available to work night shifts as required.
Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Experience providing technical support for Windows installations, laptop repairs, and network problems.
• Understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals.
• Willingness to work night shifts and participate in an on-call rotation.
