For this position we are seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to design, develop and implement automation solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement automation solutions for automating Security updates, Vulnerability management, Configuration management, Inventory management and reporting.

• Troubleshoot and resolve patching resolve automation system issues and faults.

• Builds, deploys, maintains and assist with repairs of Linux servers/hosts on racks, blades, and hyper converged infrastructures.

• Hand on experience in managing virtual machines on VMware and Nutanix environment.

• Working knowledge and understanding of Cisco UCS blades and Chassis

• Working with Enterprise Backup & Restore Processes (Familiarity with Cohesity/NetBackup)

• Automating day to day activities using shell scripting/python/ansible/puppet

• Managing SSL certificates for applications and web servers

• Analyzing technical problems and creating solutions involving the use of existing techniques and/or tools.

• Research, review, recommend, implement and document server solutions

• Exhibit a sense of urgency to resolve issues.

• Ensure SLA\'s and Operational standards are met including ITSM guidelines.

• Self-motivation and strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are key attributes for this position.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, set priorities, schedule, and meet deadlines (work under pressure and prioritize tasks)

• Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.

• Strong analytical and problem solving techniques.

Education & Experience\xc2\xb7 2+ years of experience of managing various Redhat Linux Operating Systems\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s in Computer Science/Management Information Systems or equivalent experience preferredKnowledge/Skills\xc2\xb7 Good understanding and experience of automation tools like Ansible, Python, Jenkins, shell scripting, etc\xc2\xb7 Good communication and interpersonal expertise.\xc2\xb7 Good Understanding of Linux and Virtual infrastructure security Hardening\xc2\xb7 Knowledge on programing tools/languages like python, ansible, shell scripting etc\xc2\xb7 Good troubleshooting skills and experience on log analysis\xc2\xb7 Good Understanding of ITIL Processes (Incident/Change/Problem Management) and operates within agreed SLAs & good documentation skills with regular focus on maintaining KEDB/KMDB\xc2\xb7 Ability to drive results, effective communication and partnership skills are critical to this role\xc2\xb7 Ability to translate high-level strategic ideas into structured opportunities\xc2\xb7 Ability to structure problem statements, conduct diagnostics, design proof of concepts, execute, monitor and report progress and ensure long term sustainability of initiatives\xc2\xb7 Respectfully and purposefully challenge the status quo.\xc2\xb7 Able to understand Agile practicesWe back our colleagues and their loved ones with benefits and programs that support their holistic well-being.
