• 12+ years of experience in IT infrastructure design and architecture, including servers, storage, networking, database, security, backup, DR etc.
• Experience in managing and architecting enterprise-level IT infrastructure projects.
• Experience working with Datacentre technologies both on-premises and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is highly recommended.
• Network Architect to fulfil business requirements, strong experience in creating detailed Enterprise Infrastructure architecture designs (HLD & LLD), both OnPrem and Cloud (Azure or AWS).
• Understand an existing customer IT Infra landscape, analyse the gaps and suggest improvements with the help of latest tools and technologies
• Design Infrastructure solutions that are scalable, secure, and reliable and can meet the current and future needs of the organization. Assess and suggest hardware and software solutions to support Enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Interact with the Global customers directly, Lead the implementation of Cloud and IT Infra. solutions, providing seamless integration with existing systems.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Certifications:

• IT infrastructure-related certifications (ex: Network Admin, VMware, Azure Admin, Azure Solutions Architect Expert) are recommended.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Framework and Processes:

• ITIL V4, ITSM, ISO, SOC2, CMMI

Relevant Experience (in all or some of):

• Microsoft Suite of product (Windows Infrastructure Architect)

• Technical support and guide for, Design the logical domain infra, Install, configure, and maintain Windows OS from version 2000 until current 2019, and implementation with Active Directory
• Features including AD, GPO management, DNS Services, and DHCP and Security management with Patch and updates
• OS and Application-level troubleshooting and preparing the RCA (Root Cause Analysis) for Incident and Problems
• VMware - Infrastructure Virtualization Team lead

• Design, Installation and configuration of virtualization platform (VMware suit On-Prem as well on Cloud Platform, with NSX)
• Configuration of virtual Network, Datastore and vSAN
• Configuration of multiple vCenter and PSC for the centralized management and accessibility in linked Mode
• VMware Virtual environment management with the configuration management tools like Ansible for automation
• DevOps - Configuration Management and CI/CD tools

• Worked with Ansible and Puppet for the configuration management, Infrastructure As Code
• Ansible code and playbooks for deployment and management of the OS and Virtual environment
• Build kite and Bitbucket CI/CD tools for continuous integration of the version changes and securing the code in repository
• Backup and DR solution

• Designing Solution for On-Prem and Cloud Infra Backup and Restore
• Design, Implementation and support for DR Solutions
