- Experience - Fresher/1 yr. experience in civil/interior field.

- Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical and HVAC systems.
- Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Should be well versed with Microsoft office suite.
