Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Infra. Technology Specialist with 10 to 14 years of expertise in Microsoft Active Directory Core Infra - Active Directory O365 Identity management and Active Directory Admin. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our directory services and identity management systems ensuring seamless integration and security across our infrastructure.Responsibilities * Manage and maintain the Microsoft Active Directory environment to ensure optimal performance and security.

• Oversee the implementation and administration of Core Infra
• Active Directory services.
• Provide expert support for O365 Identity management ensuring seamless user access and authentication.
• Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory issues to maintain system integrity and availability.
• Lead the design and implementation of directory services projects to enhance infrastructure capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Active Directory with various applications and services.
• Develop and enforce policies and procedures for directory services and identity management.
• Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with security standards.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior team members on Active Directory and identity management best practices.
• Implement and manage group policies to streamline user and computer management.
• Ensure timely updates and patches are applied to the Active Directory environment to mitigate security risks.
• Conduct root cause analysis for any directory service-related incidents and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of the Active Directory environment and related processes.

Qualifications * Possess extensive experience in managing and administering Microsoft Active Directory.

• Demonstrate expertise in Core Infra
• Active Directory services.
• Have a strong background in O365 Identity management and related technologies.
• Exhibit proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving Active Directory issues.
• Show capability in designing and implementing directory services projects.
• Display excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Have a solid understanding of security standards and compliance requirements.
