15+ years of experience in the field of IT Technology, Development, Infrastructure and Security Experience leading and/or consulting on large and complex infrastructure projects Expertise in defining System Topology and Network Architecture Expertise in defining Solution Hardware and Software platforms, servers, sizing and performance Expertise in defining Development, Test and Production environments for large solutions Experience creating and reviewing low- and high-level IT infrastructure design documentation Good communication skills, written and verbal Experience to deal with complex international projects and clients - preferred Experience with implementing solutions for Petroleum and Petrochemical Industries preferred Experience managing project teams preferred Exposure to OT (production) IT environment Experience with outsourcing of IT-OT services, RFP execution, vendor selection Excellent technical documentation skills (such as designing roadmaps and developing high/low level architecture/designs) Proven track record in road mapping, technical architecture design, solution definition, project management/execution, change/risk management Global IT-OT Infrastructure Project management experience is a plus Multi-skilled technical knowledge and experience in the following technologies / services is mandatory to be successful in this position IT-OT Facilities, Datacenters, Server Rooms, IT-OT Cabling & related services IT-OT Networks, network segmentation and security Servers, virtualization, storage, backup Databases and middleware components Voice and video conferencing Mobile and fixed telephony Workstations, hardware & software and related services Technical security systems, CCTV, access control Cyber Security Deep technical knowledge in four or more technology areas Roles & Responsibilities Participate in customer facing meetings and testing Support the implementation team Work, review and approve critical design documents Support the program management team in important technical discussions and decisions Coordinate with different product teams and vendors to resolve complex technical issues Coordinate between client and project team \',
