•Job Responsibilities: •

•o • •Root cause analysis of issues based on logs/traces. •

• •Identification of duplicate tickets based on root cause analysis. •
• •Identifying and assigning severity and priority of defects. •
• •Check for quality of the reported defects. •
• •Analyzing and identifying correct domain of the raised defects. •
• •Follows defined process guidelines for creating and maintaining triaging documentation. •
• •Collaborate with developers, testers and automation engineers to understand and clarify the reported defects. •
• •Perform tests for functional/non-functional requirements (if needed). •
•Mandatory Skills: •

•o • •Excellent in Infotainment system defect analysis and triaging •

• •Excellent in trace or log analysis (DLT/CAN/Ethernet logs etc.). •
• •Knowledge on automotive tools like DLT Viewer, Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, DTS Monaco etc. •
• •Strong in Automotive Infotainment system testing for different OEMs, regions and languages. •
• •Knowledge of automotive communication protocols like SOME-IP, SOME-IP SD, CAN, Flexray, MOST, Ethernet diagnostics UDP, UDS ISO-14229 etc. •
• •Excellent communication skills. •
