Security Compliance Management: Assist in security compliance audits like ISO 27001,27701, PCIDSS HIPAA (Conducted by 3rd Party) Internal Stakeholder Interface: Coordination with Bitwise stakeholders to enable their Information Security for their respective teams Eg: BGV checks, project specific security training, secure coding practice, setting up access management,3rd party application clearance from security perspective, End-user Awareness: Assist in establishing IS and Cybersecurity end users training of all Bitwisers, IS trainings / inductions for new joiners in coordination with L&D team, measuring the effectiveness of the trainings. IS Analytics: Review data from risk management, feedbacks from audit assessment and security trainings/incidents and generate security insights leading to actionable for executive leadership team. What we are looking for: 1. 3-6 years of experience in PMO/Compliance /Process implementation/ Internal audits. 2. Analytical skill with ability to understand the implicit risks. 3. Stakeholder management 4. Automation focused mindset 5. Continuous learning attitude 6. Team player 7. Behavior Change communication. Role: Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong inter-personal and organizational skills Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is a must. Flexibility to adapt to the changing role dynamics. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Quick learner to handle internal tools and systems.
