We are the industry's only ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified company.Job Summary:The Infosec Lead will be responsible for leading the security efforts of a security platform, web security, app security, and compliance for an organization. The role requires extensive knowledge of information security best practices, regulatory compliance requirements, and the ability to manage a team of security professionals. The Infosec Lead will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the security program to protect the organization's assets, systems, and data.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain an effective security program to protect the organization's assets, systems, and data.
• Lead a team of security professionals, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement security controls and measures for web security, app security, and compliance.
• Conduct security risk assessments and vulnerability assessments, identify security gaps, and recommend remediation measures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO, and GDPR, and maintain relevant certifications.
• Manage security incidents and provide guidance on incident response and recovery efforts.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, and procedures, ensuring they are up to date and in line with industry best practices.
• Monitor security trends and emerging threats, and recommend and implement necessary changes to the security program.
• Provide regular reports to management on the status of the security program, including metrics and key performance indicators.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in information security, with a focus on the security platform, web security, app security, and compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in leading a team of security professionals.
• Strong understanding of security technologies and controls, such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, encryption, and authentication protocols.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements, such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and GDPR, and relevant certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred.
