About the work from home job/internship

As an IT Intern, you should have an understanding of computer systems and networks, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Troubleshoot computer issues and provide technical support to customers
2. Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer systems and networks
3. Monitor system performance and ensure reliability and security
4. Provide users with technical advice and assistance
5. Research and evaluate IT products and services

Requirements:

1. Working knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
2. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
3. Knowledge of Azure, Power BI, AI, OCR, CRM Dynamics, Python, and Android mobile apps will be an added advantage
4. Ability to work independently and remotely
5. Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently
