Role Summary
The job incumbent manages all IT operations within a country. Ensures the proper and adequate service for all local departments on all IT relevant issues.
Main Tasks• Ensure the constant availability of the IT environment and services; plan, organize and improve the necessary end-user equipment according to the local business needs and the company standards
• Coordinate all necessary activities with the local data line and telephone providers; manage all telecommunication systems
• Ensure the proper network and server availability and security, supervise the central IT services
• Ensure the local helpdesk operations and first-level IT support in accordance with the local requirements
• Initiate appropriate the second level support procedures and resolve issues in the context of escalation management
• Ensure the local information security, data protection and data confidentiality
• If applicable: Act as SAP Location Officer
