We are looking for an IT Admin to maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient data communications network. Requirements and skills- 1. Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions 2. Customer-oriented attitude 3. Responding to client support requests. 4. Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem. 5. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. 6. Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals 7. Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software. 8. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, NTFS 9. Troubleshooting networking and connection issues 10. Knowledge of popular operating systems (Windows 10, Windows Server), software applications, and remote connection systems 11. Basic knowledge of Domain & Group policies Job responsibilities: Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability. Troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Repairing or replacing damaged hardware. Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers. Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level. Conducting daily backup operations. Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.
