This position holds significant responsibility in developing automation to provision compute, storage and network infrastructure for applications deployed in cloud in a secure and standardised manner. The ideal candidate for this role to possess in-depth experience in various automation and configuration management software and tools, capacity to work collaboratively, exceptional communication skills, and a well-established history of IaC development experience. Job Requirements . Proficient with IaC automation tools like Ansible and Terraform, Shell and PowerShell scripting and programming languages such as Python. . Development experience in automated provisioning of infrastructure resources (VM, Storage, Network Load Balancers etc.,) leveraging IaC in one or more cloud providers - AWS / Azure / OCI . Expert knowledge and strong hands-on experience as a Linux & Windows system administrator supporting enterprise compute platforms and systems . Well versed in troubleshooting operating system configuration, performance and connectivity issues in datacenter environment and as well as in cloud environment . Experience with migration of on-prem applications to one or more cloud providers (AWS / Azure / OCI) . Familiarity with NetApp Storage Systems, storage protocols such as NFS, iSCSI, SMB (CIFS) and NetApp Cloud Storage Products and Services is a plus . Familiarity with common web applications, middleware and Database technologies . Creative approach to problem solving, ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently with competing deadlines is required . Excellent aptitude for learning new technologies and understanding how to utilize them in a enterprise scale. . Ability to work collaboratively with other information systems engineering team members ability to work independently as well. Roles and Responsibilities . Participate in VM provisioning automation development in various Cloud Providers (AWS / Azure / OCI) leveraging IaC . Enhance the automation and services that are already deployed in cloud and make them more efficient . Develop automations to address operational tasks, increase productivity, reducing operation support overheads for IT support organization . Optimize Cloud Cost by developing automated solutions in Right Sizing, Smart Parking, Spot Instances and other various Cloud Infrastructure services . Ensure security and compliance of Cloud Infrastructure and Cloud Services deployed in AWS / OCI / Azure Cloud Providers via automated solutions . Ensure monitoring and alerts are in place for Cloud Infrastructure and Services developing automation solutions to address the gap. Education . Bachelor\'s degree in computer science or a related IT field, or equivalent professional experience. . 5 to 8 years of experience in setting up, configuring and managing Linux and Windows platform based applications in an enterprise environment .
