In one sentence The Information Security Specialist will lead the efforts to secure the Amdocs ecosystem by guiding and monitoring the different IT/ Product/ Business teams to ensure organizational security, by designing a secure architecture of software products/ conducting risk and threat analysis/ analyzing and managing a secure solution in the domain of infrastructure/ application while responding to specific stakeholders? questions. What will your job look like?

• Implement and manage Network Intrusion Prevention Systems (NIPS) such as Palo Alto, CISCO, Checkpoint, AWS, and Azure.
• Deploy and maintain Web Application Firewall (WAF) technologies both on-premise and cloud CDN-based.
• Conduct firewall assessments and manage firewall assessment tools and processes.
• Develop and implement DDoS mitigation strategies and solutions.
• Automate operational activities to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
• Conduct network security tools maturity assessments to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of security tools.
• Run proof of concepts (PoCs) for new security tools and technologies to validate their effectiveness.
• Support the development and execution of the overall security tool strategy.
• Conduct technical root cause analysis and incident investigations to identify and resolve security incidents.
• Monitor network traffic for unusual activity and potential threats.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to design and implement security measures.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, threats, and technology solutions
