Please join us and make this journey together! What Youll Do You will lead transformation of Enterprise IdM/IGA architecture at Cisco. Scope of this role involves implementation of industry leading IdM/IGA platform and standard processes to support Ciscos security transformation, improve operational efficiency, user experience & security posture. Who Youll Work With You will work with our innovative Enterprise Security team as well as multi-functionally across IT, Security & Trust Organization and multiple Business units to drive adoption, simplification and automation Who You Are We are looking for a Highly motivated, passionate to learn new technologies, strong written and communication skills, great teammate, with excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will be working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor, delivering on our commitments to clients. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, comfortable in providing domain expertise and rapidly responding to intensified issues. You are an accomplished technical leader in IdM/IGA domain, must have prior industry recognized experience in not just delivering IAM/IGA implementations to a large global company, but regarded as an inspiring leader. Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years experience BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering Experience with security concepts Proficiency in one or more of the following: JavaScript, ReactJS, Java, Python Basic knowledge of relational databases, data schemas, and data structures 3+ years of experience writing and shipping customer-facing code Experience with building and maintaining RESTful web services Deep understanding of high availability, system design, architecture, cloud technologies, databases, open source, and web technologies. Familiarity with SAML, SSO, MFA,LDAP,AD Demonstrable experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ components: Lifecycle Manager, Compliance Manager and certifications, Application On-Boarding, Access Request, Automated Provisioning and Workflows. Integration with PIM/PAM, UEBA systems Hands on experience in deployment and leading cloud infrastructure on AWS Hands on experience in running availability, performance, and security of AWS instances Experience implementation and maintenance of CI/CD & automation tools on cloud instance.
