It is a multi-discipline team with capabilities covering Process and Service Excellence, Data analytics, reporting and project execution.
The People Services Excellence team will work collaboratively with the Regional and Global capability centres bringing proven methodologies, frameworks and expert capabilities in problem solving, process reengineering, data and systems. They, along with the People Services Leadership Team, will instil a culture of continuous improvement and a Service Excellence mindset.This team will work globally ensuring consistency in the approach and ensure solutions meet the needs locally, where required. A critical element to improvements will be the voice of the customer insight that the team will bring in via the process owners and service users.
The project disciplines from the programme management team will ensure strategic ambitions are turned into clear deliverables, tracking and managing initiatives through to completion and ensuring expected benefits are realized.About the RoleThe incumbent in this role is a Strategic Leader who owns the development of robust knowledge management strategy, enhancing information accessibility, optimizing the flows of information within our organization, enhancing decision-making processes, maximising the value of our intellectual assets.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute strategies to capture, structure, maintenance and disseminate knowledge across Haleon.8+ years of experience in Information ManagementManage a centralized knowledge repository and facilitating seamless information retrieval and sharing.Evaluate current knowledge management workflows, pinpointing areas for enhancement. Design and implement global best practices that ensure consistency in quality, compliance and continuous improvement efforts across all HR functional areas including the HR GBS regions.Serve as a strategic partner to regional leadership teams, providing insights and guidance to align operational practices with global business objectives.Collaboratively work with various stakeholders to establish and streamline knowledge management protocols.Implement robust audits of the knowledge repository to uphold information accuracy and pertinence.Plan and provide training sessions and assistance to HR Colleagues regarding optimal knowledge management approaches.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices to integrate innovative knowledge management methodologies effectively.Competencies and SkillsTechnicalProficiency in using and managing various information management systems and platforms such as document management systems, content management systems (CMS), knowledge bases, and intranet portals.Deep understanding of knowledge management principles, including content creation, organization, retrieval, and sharing.Excellent ability to analyze usage patterns, trends, and metrics within the knowledge repository to identify areas for improvement and provide actionable insights to enhance and maximize the utilization of platforms and users experiences.Strong knowledge of data governance principles, data quality standards and best practices.Strong understanding of HR domain knowledge across policies, procedures, and best practices.BehavioralAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams for eg.
