This position is one of three junior positions in a four-person Information Systems Center (ISC) and reports to the Senior Information Management Assistant in the section. The incumbent provides the highest level of customer service for the Information Management Technical Support Services cost center of International Cooperative Administrative Support Services (ICASS). The incumbent is responsible for the Local Area Network (LAN) software applications management and analysis, LAN users management support and training, LAN systems operation, maintenance and support, and assists with LAN and Telephone Infrastructure Support.
Qualifications and Evaluations Requirements: EXPERIENCE: Minimum four years of progressive experience in the field of local area administration of a large multiple servers networking environment. Education Requirements: Mandatory: Completion of Bachelors degree in Science/Commerce/Engineering.
