We want to make insights from earth observation data accessible to all. We are expanding our marketing team which will play an important role in the company\'s brand and business growth at a global scale. The Senior Graphics Designer will create visual representations with the design team that create compelling, targeted and easy-to-understand communication. The visual representation should capture the company information, including, but not limited to: logos, brochures, newsletters, flyers, advertisements, and other company and product-related graphics. Roles and Responsibilities Develop Captivating Designs Design and develop visually compelling information assets such as infographics, data visualizations, charts, diagrams, and presentations. Collaborate with stakeholders, subject matter experts, and other team members to understand complex information and transform it into intuitive and visually appealing designs. Conduct research and gather data to support creating informative and visually engaging content. Apply information design principles, data visualization, and storytelling to communicate complex information. Stay updated and incorporate the best practices for information design, data visualization and storytelling. Plan and Manage Design Tasks Develop and execute graphic design projects for marketing communications. Leadership Think and work as a system through inter and intra-department collaborations. Requirements Ideal Candidate An ideal candidate would be someone with a Bachelors or Masters in Information Design or Fine Arts Hands-on experience in design tools like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, etc. Hands-on experience on data visualisation tools like Tableau and Power BI will be preferred but not mandatory Experiences working on B2B assets like case studies, white papers, eBooks, and infographics. You have a minimum of 1 year of experience in information design You have demonstrated success as a team leader and in designing assets for B2B. You are able to work in a fast paced environment independently You can handle last design minute support requests from business teams Experience working in a Data Science Company or a Geospatial Analytics Company will be an added advantage.
