Job Description

What\'s the role?:
Supervision and training of 70 plus security guarding personnel at pan India level.

Conduct Security Risk Assessment & plan cost-effective guarding deployment for Pan India HERE Offices

Support Physical Security installation projects. Ensure Periodic Maintenance and troubleshooting of Security equipment.

Lead and Manage the Physical Security Operations Centre, incident management including investigations, analysis, and resolution.

Conduct periodic Physical Security Site Assessments

Provide Business continuity support during business disruptions with the help of the guarding personnel.

Develop strategies for Asset Protection / Loss Prevention

Generate various corporate Security related reports.

Maintain good liaison with Law enforcement authorities.

Any other responsibilities desired from the Security management team based on the necessity and emerging threat levels.

Who are you?:
8 yrs of experience in Physical Security Operations

Thorough knowledge of Lenel Access control Systems, CCTV Systems, and their integration with Safety Systems

Exposure to handling a large guard force.

Good English speaking, writing skills & MS office skills.

Graduate in any stream
Min 7 yrs of experience in Physical Security operations

Physical Security certifications are desirable.
