Position Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and strategic Influencer Outreach Intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the influencer marketing industry, with the potential to convert into a full-time role based on project performance. If you are passionate about digital media, have a knack for building relationships, and are excited about working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Onboarding Influencers: Identify, recruit, and onboard mega, macro, micro, and nano influencers to join our network. Ensure influencers align with our brand values and campaign goals.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with influencers. Act as the primary point of contact, addressing their needs, and ensuring they feel valued and supported.
Engagement Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to engage influencers through one-on-one interactions, community engagement, and strategic/agency partnerships.
Community Building: Foster a sense of community among influencers through regular communication, events, and collaborative opportunities.
Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in influencer marketing, digital content creation, and social media platforms. Apply this knowledge to enhance our outreach strategies.
Social Media Awareness: Be actively engaged on major social media platforms, keeping up with the latest news, trends, and best practices. Use this awareness to inform and enhance influencer outreach efforts.
Qualifications:
Passion for digital media and influencer marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
Active presence on social media platforms and awareness of current social media trends and news.
Proactive and self-motivated with a collaborative attitude.
