The ideal candidate will have growth in all stages of the influencers & social media cycle. They will be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good communication skills.

Responsibilities

Selected applicants day-to-day responsibilities include:


Brainstorm new ideas, for launching influencer campaigns. Understand the Influencer Ecosystem and champion content execution on both YouTube and Instagram


Manage a team of designers, influencers, and account managers


Owning end-to-end campaign strategy and execution of influencer campaigns


Improving channel processes to make them run as efficiently and effectively as possible


Driving accurate performance analysis, reporting on campaign performance, and continuously optimizing the funnel based on performance metrics


Developing engaging, and creative content in line with short and long-form


Conceptualizing campaign ideas for various products


Supporting content requirements for brand or product marketing campaigns


Creating and executing influencer-led campaigns (Micro, Nano, Macro)


Conducting in-depth research on industry-related topics in order to develop influencer briefs


Collaborating with the design team, freelancers or agencies to support content requirements, wherever needed


Work with celebrities content creators,

What You\'ll Need

Experience running influencer marketing campaigns at scale

Performance marketing mindset to turn influencer marketing into a significant engine of growth

The will and ability to dive into funnel metrics and continuously improve the funnel based on performance metrics

A creative mindset to develop innovative campaign ideas and select the right brand ambassadors

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree


Creative individual


Masters degree preferred


Strong negotiation skills


Good knowledge of Technology & Tools


Excellent communication skills


Strong grasp of English
