• Assist in Research and Outreach : Identify and compile lists of potential influencers who align with the brand's image and target audience.
• Manage Communications : Initiate and maintain communication with influencers, including outreach emails and follow-ups.
• Collaboration Support : Assist in coordinating and scheduling collaborations, ensuring timely and smooth execution of campaigns.
• Content Review : Monitor and review content produced by influencers for quality and alignment with brand guidelines before publishing.
• Campaign Monitoring : Track influencer content and campaigns, measuring reach, engagement, and overall performance using analytics tools.
• Database Management : Maintain and update influencer databases, documenting campaign details, contracts, and performance metrics.
• Trend Analysis : Stay updated with current trends, hashtags, and viral content to suggest potential partnerships and new strategies.
• Report Creation : Assist in preparing reports on campaign performance, highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and ROI analysis.
• Budget Coordination : Support the marketing team in tracking budgets for influencer partnerships and ensuring campaigns stay within allocated budgets.
• Support Contractual Processes : Help draft contracts and agreements in collaboration with the legal or marketing team.
• Event Support : Assist in planning and executing influencer-focused events or activations when needed.
• Creative Input : Provide creative ideas for campaigns and brainstorm ways to effectively leverage influencer collaborations to drive brand visibility.
• Cross-team Coordination : Collaborate with internal teams, such as social media and content teams, to align influencer content with broader marketing goals.
