JOB DESCRIPTION: We are looking for an experienced FMCG Influencer Marketer to join our team. As an Influencer Marketer, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing campaigns for brand awareness, engagement, and sales for our new launch.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with the company's overall marketing objectives and drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales for our products
• Identify and build relationships with key influencers like beauty influencers
• Manage influencer relationships, including negotiating contracts, coordinating content creation, and ensuring timely delivery of content
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling content
• Analyse and report on the success of influencer campaigns, including metrics such as reach, engagement, and ROI
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the D2C FMCG industry
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
