As a leading brand in mobile device protection, we are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for identifying, managing, and nurturing relationships with influencers across various platforms to enhance the brands visibility and reach
Key Responsibilities:
- Influencer Identification & Outreach: Research, identify, and reach out to influencers (Macro, Micro, and Nano) who align with our brand values and target audience.
- Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement influencer marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Manage end-to-end execution from planning to post-campaign analysis.
- Influencer Relations: Build strong, long-term relationships with influencers. Act as the key point of contact for influencer negotiations, contracts, and collaboration details.
- Content Creation Collaboration: Work with influencers to develop creative content that resonates with their audience while aligning with our brand messaging and campaign objectives.
- Campaign Monitoring & Reporting: Track and measure the performance of influencer campaigns using analytics tools. Monitor engagement, reach, and ROI, providing regular reports to key stakeholders.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure that all influencer content maintains brand consistency and adheres to guidelines and standards.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and platforms in influencer marketing and social media to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing strategies.
- Budget Management: Assist in managing the influencer marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and tracking campaign spend.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or social media management. Knowledge of paid influencer campaigns, affiliate marketing, and other forms of collaboration will be an advantage.
- Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal communication skills ( English & Hindi ) and Written skills (English) with the ability to negotiate and maintain relationships with influencers and key partners
- Social Media Expertise: In-depth understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, X (Twitter), etc.) and influencer trends.
- Analytical Skills: Proficient in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights, influencer platforms) to track campaign performance and derive actionable insights.
- A passion for social media, influencer culture, and content creation will be desirable.
- Even Interns ( Female candidates preferred ) can apply if you have the above skills.
