We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Influencer Manager to join our team and help us continue to elevate the profiles of the influencers we represent.Position Overview:The Influencer Manager will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing high-profile influencers. This role requires a deep understanding of the digital media landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to create and execute strategic plans that align with our clients career goals.Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Onboarding:
  • Identify and target high-profile influencers for representation.
  • Conduct outreach and pitch the benefits of joining JST Growit Digital.
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients.
  • Client Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned influencers.
  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients.
  • Create and implement personalized career strategies for each client.
  • Manage day-to-day client needs, including scheduling, public relations, and brand partnerships.
  • Strategic Planning and Development:
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities for clients, including collaborations, sponsorships, public appearances, and other ventures.
  • Collaborate with clients to set short-term and long-term career goals.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and leverage this knowledge to benefit clients.
  • Negotiation and Contract Management:
  • Negotiate contracts on behalf of clients, ensuring the best possible terms.
  • Review and manage existing contracts, ensuring compliance and maximizing value for clients.
  • Public Relations and Brand Management:
  • Work closely with PR teams to maintain and enhance the public image of clients.
  • Develop and implement branding strategies to increase client visibility and marketability.
  • Event Coordination:
  • Coordinate and manage client appearances at events, including digital conferences, press tours, and promotional events.
  • Ensure clients are well-prepared and supported during these events.

Ideal ProfileQualifications:Education:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in talent management, digital marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and representing high-profile influencers.
Skills:
