• Influencer Discovery : Research and identify influencers across platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, and LinkedIn who align with the brand's values, target audience, and marketing goals.
• Database Management : Maintain an organized database of potential and current influencers, including their profiles, metrics, and past collaborations.
• Trend Analysis : Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and rising influencers to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
• Relationship Building : Initiate and nurture relationships with influencers to build a network of brand ambassadors.
• Campaign Support : Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute influencer campaigns, including negotiation of terms, contracts, and deliverables.
• Performance Monitoring : Track and report on the performance of influencer collaborations, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
Requirements
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent scouting, or social media management is a plus.
• Strong understanding of various social media platforms .
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of emerging trends in digital marketing and social media.
