• Build and maintain a database of potential influencers and partners.
• Conduct outreach and initiate meaningful partnerships with influencers and creators.
• Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns that achieve brand objectives such as brand awareness, lead generation, or sales growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align influencer campaigns with marketing strategies.
• Ensure content is aligned with brand messaging and marketing goals.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and compensation with influencers.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers to encourage ongoing collaboration.
• Stay updated on influencer marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitors' campaigns.
• Identify emerging influencer talent and innovative collaboration opportunities.
Requirements
• Proven experience in influencer marketing, influencer scouting.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Prior experience in managing influencer contracts is a plus.
