Key Responsibilities:

• Infection Surveillance:
• Monitor and analyze infection data to identify trends and outbreaks.
• Conduct regular reviews of infection control protocols and practices.
• Policy Development:
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop, implement, and update infection control policies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to infection control.
• Education and Training:
• Provide education and training to healthcare staff on infection prevention techniques and best practices.
• Conduct in-service training sessions for new hires and ongoing education for existing staff.
• Consultation:
• Serve as a resource for clinical staff regarding infection control practices and policies.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to address infection control concerns.
• Outbreak Investigation:
• Lead investigations of infection outbreaks, providing recommendations for control measures.
• Document findings and report to appropriate authorities as necessary.
• Data Management:
• Maintain accurate records of infection control data and reports.
• Utilize data for quality improvement initiatives and program evaluation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

• Rotational shift

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Nursing: 1 year (Preferred)
