Responsibilities :\xef\x82\xa7 Lead multiple master data engagements in US & EU across industry verticals like Manufacturing, Pharma, Retail, Energy, Utilities Etc
\xef\x82\xa7 Consult on data governance topics including People, Process & Technology
\xef\x82\xa7 Handle diverse teams based at Onsite & offshore for the delivery of the master data projects
\xef\x82\xa7 Participate in Sales & Pre-sales activities to market Infosys solutions & services on master data
\xef\x82\xa7 Provide thought leadership on master data best practices, business value articulation, tool capability and suggestions, governance principles, concepts and techniques
\xef\x82\xa7 Architect/design GenAI, RPA, AI/ML solutions in area of data governance
\xef\x82\xa7 Manage competency operations & contribute to growth of the competency
\xef\x82\xa7 Carry out assessment of Clients master data landscape, data maturity, governance & quality, business pain points and identification
of capability gaps, conduct design workshops
\xef\x82\xa7 Define master data strategy and roadmap with initiatives
\xef\x82\xa7 Work with the solution architect in designing future application architecture, source and consumers integration, external
data/vendor access, security, performance and scalability strategies to support the various business capabilities
\xef\x82\xa7 Develop recommendations including integration strategy, synchronization mechanisms, external data capabilities, technology
alternativesAdditional Responsibilities :\xef\x82\xa7 The candidate is expected to be a senior master data lead with experience in engaging with large organizations providing expert
advice.
\xef\x82\xa7 consulting on various master data governance topics, defining strategy & roadmap, able to influence decisions, lead multiple
engagements, participate in proposal making and delivery.
\xef\x82\xa7 Candidate should be able to manage competency & deliver growth.
\xef\x82\xa7 Candidate should have innovative mindset & design/develop GenAI, RPA & automation solutions.
\xef\x82\xa7 Candidate must have good Client engagement and co-ordination skills.
\xef\x82\xa7 Candidate should possess good knowledge of SAP master data and data quality tools. strategy & roadmap, architecting MDM solutions, leading proposal discussions and influencing decisions
\xef\x82\xa7 Expert knowledge of SAP MDG and capabilities of Non-SAP solutions like Stibo, Informatica, etc
\xef\x82\xa7 Cloud & On-premise MDM solutions
\xef\x82\xa7 GenAI, AI/ML, RPA, Automation capability and Use cases
\xef\x82\xa7 Master data domain knowledge should include Material, Customer, Vendor and Finance
\xef\x82\xa7 MDM Integration knowledge with ERP and other internal/external applications
\xef\x82\xa7 Data migration experience is an added advantage
