Consultant to join our team in Pune, Mah\xc4\x81r\xc4\x81shtra (IN-MH), India (IN).

• Lead and deliver projects in a PM capacity across the different process groups Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring and Controlling and Closure
• Responsible for project delivery with agreed scope, cost and schedule.
• Identify, track and close out all Non-Functional Requirements including performance, operational and support procedures are documented and handed over to the Production Support team
• Manage stakeholders and their expectations on the IT and business side.
• Produce progress reports using dashboards or burn down charts.
• Identification of Issue and Risks with the project team during team meetings and Managing risks over the entire lifecycle of the project. Timely escalations of Risk/Issues and closure when addressed.
• Strong understanding of Change management process and the Change Request life cycle.
• Ensure strict adherence to all regulatory timelines and compliance to all internal controls.
• Direct, manage and motivate the project team in a strong matrix environment
• Act as an agile change agent and influence newer ways of working.
• An appreciation and respect for local cultures and diversity within teams. Must have the ability to both influence and work effectively with teams across different geographies.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Proven work experience as an agile lead and project manager in the information technology sector, preferably in the banking domain.
• Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies with over 14+ years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
• Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering.
• PMP/PRINCE II or any other project management certification is a plus.
• PMI-Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or any equivalent certification is a plus.
