We work to drive operational efficiency for all business stakeholders by working within the agile framework to prioritize, plan and oversee the delivery of strategic initiatives on commercial systems \xe2\x80\x93 Salesforce, Marketo, etc.. This team works with employees around the globe and at all levels in the business, providing a unique opportunity to get exposure to all areas of the business. We are a growing team with many senior associates that can provide on-the-job training and mentoring on a going forward basisThe Impact: The Commercial Systems team drives operational efficiency by applying the agile methodology of software development and owns the prioritization of the S&P Global CI Commercial Systems strategic initiatives. We also provide communications and overview on new system features and improve data quality by implementing efficient data governance processes. In this role, you will ensure successful implementation of the WalkMe solution, including creation, testing, deployment, and maintenance of WalkMe elements in alignment with project implementation timelinesWhat\xe2\x80\x99s in it for you:\xc2\xb7 Work with a global team and business\xc2\xb7 Support a fast-paced business\xc2\xb7 Work on a variety of projects and applications/software\xc2\xb7 Team is growing quickly alongside the business so there is a lot of opportunity for advancement in the future\xc2\xb7 On the job training and developmentResponsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the Digital Adoption/User Experience team and business stakeholders to define Walk- thru scope and requirements for Salesforce and future commercial systems\xc2\xb7 Create design documents, build, test, deploy, and maintain Walk-thrus, including working with stakeholders to ensure Walk-thrus are current, accurate, and relevant\xc2\xb7 Identify Walk-thru gaps and work to close them (missing Walk-thrus, outdated Walk-thrus, etc.)\xc2\xb7 Review work elements such as Walk-thrus, Shoutouts, etc. created by other content creators for completeness/thoroughness, and adjust where necessary prior to deployment\xc2\xb7 Monitor and respond to reported bugs/issues. Work with WalkMe or coach end-users to resolve reported bugs/issues\xc2\xb7 Maintain the WalkMe solution by tracking all feature enhancements, deploying where appropriate, and communicating changes to business stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Analyze data related to the use of the WalkMe solution against various established KPIs\xc2\xb7 Complete validation, UAT, and regression testing for all WalkMe releases\xc2\xb7 Facilitate translation of Walk-thrus to additional languages when necessaryWhat We\xe2\x80\x99re Looking For:\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree required, or equivalent work experience\xc2\xb7 3+ years of experience in a software or technology company\xc2\xb7 Previous experience in software development and/or support and knowledge of Agile development models\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with Salesforce, Marketo, or similar CRM tools\xc2\xb7 WalkMe experience required\xc2\xb7 Learning & development or instructional design experience is a plus\xc2\xb7 HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript experience is an advantage\xc2\xb7 UX background is a plus\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and operate successfully under tight deadlines\xc2\xb7 Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills\xc2\xb7 Experience working with international teams and projectsFlexible Working (optional)We pride ourselves on our agility and diversity, and we welcome requests to work flexibly.
